Billing & Orders

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can request a free trial before committing to a plan so you can test real performance on your own device. Submit a request on the Free Trial page and we’ll follow up with trial access.

Do you offer contracts or subscriptions that auto-renew?

No. Every plan is a one-time purchase for the billing period you choose. There are no automatic renewals or long-term contracts — if you want to keep going after your plan expires, you renew manually.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cryptocurrency. Checkout is secured with SSL encryption.

Channels & Content

How many channels do I actually get?

Your plan includes access to 14,000+ live channels and VOD (video-on-demand) titles combined — that figure covers both the live channel lineup and the on-demand movie/TV library, not two separate counts stacked on top of each other.

Do you have sports and pay-per-view events?

Yes — NFL, NBA, NHL, UFC and other pay-per-view events are included as part of your subscription, not sold separately.

Can I see the full channel list before I subscribe?

Channel lineups shift over time as sources change, so we don’t publish a fixed master list. The most reliable way to see exactly what’s available is to request a free trial and check the channel guide on your own device.

Do you carry Caribbean and Latino channels?

Yes. Alongside the standard US lineup, we carry dedicated Caribbean channel packages and Spanish-language Latino news, sports and entertainment channels — see our regional coverage for more.

Free Trial

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. There’s no cost and no credit card required to request a trial. You only pay if you decide to subscribe to a paid plan afterward.

How long does trial approval take?

Requests are reviewed manually by a real team member, not auto-approved. Most requests are reviewed within a few hours; you’ll get an email once your trial credentials are ready.

What do I get with the trial?

A 24-hour line with 1 connection and full access to the same 14,000+ live channels and VOD library as a paid plan, running on the same infrastructure — so what you see is what you’d actually get.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing automatic happens — since we never collected payment details for the trial, there’s no surprise charge. If you want to keep watching, choose a plan and complete checkout when you’re ready.

General

What is IPTV and how does it work?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streams live TV and on-demand content over your internet connection instead of cable or satellite. After you subscribe, you get login credentials (or an M3U playlist link) that you enter into an IPTV player app on your device — then you can watch live channels and VOD instantly.

Which devices are compatible with IPTV USA?

IPTV USA works on Fire Stick / Fire TV, Android phones and TV boxes, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Smart TVs, Windows and Mac computers, and MAG/Formuler boxes. You just need an IPTV player app (like IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, or VLC) installed on the device.

How many devices can I use at the same time?

That depends on your plan. Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous connections, from 1 on the Basic plan up to 5 on Platinum. You can install the app on more devices than that, but only that many can stream at the same time.

Multi-Device & Switching

Can I use IPTV USA on more than one device?

Yes. Your plan’s connection count (1–5, depending on the tier you choose) is about how many streams can run at the same time, not how many devices you can install the app on. Install it on as many devices as you like — just don’t exceed your simultaneous connection limit.

Can I switch which devices I use?

Yes, there’s no restriction on which specific devices you use your credentials on. Log in from a new device any time — it counts the same as any other connection.

What happens if I go over my connection limit?

An additional stream beyond your plan’s limit will be blocked until one of the active streams is closed. If you regularly need more simultaneous streams, you can move up to a higher-connection plan.

Can I upgrade my plan for more connections later?

Yes — purchase a higher-tier plan whenever you need more simultaneous connections, or contact support and we’ll help you sort out the switch.

Setup & Support

How do I get set up after I pay?

After payment, your order is reviewed and set up by a real team member — not an automated bot. You’ll receive your Xtream Codes login and M3U playlist link in your account, along with server URLs, typically within minutes.

What do I do if I get buffering or a connection error?

First, check your internet connection speed and try switching to one of the alternate server URLs in your account if one is provided. If issues continue, contact support with your device and app name so we can help troubleshoot directly.

Technical Requirements

What internet speed do I need?

As a general guide, 5–10 Mbps is enough for smooth SD/HD streaming on a single connection; if you’re watching 4K content or running multiple simultaneous streams on your plan, 25 Mbps or higher is recommended. Wired connections or strong Wi-Fi tend to buffer less than weak/shared Wi-Fi. See our full speed guide for exact numbers by quality tier, or our complete buffering troubleshooting guide if you’re already seeing issues.

Do I need a VPN to use IPTV USA?

No, a VPN isn’t required to use the service. Some users choose to run one for their own privacy preferences — that’s a personal choice and doesn’t affect your access to channels.

Which player apps do you support?

Your credentials work with any standard Xtream Codes or M3U-compatible player. The most common choices are IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, and VLC, but any player that accepts an Xtream Codes login or M3U playlist URL will work.

Will it work on my Smart TV without extra hardware?

On Samsung and LG Smart TVs you can often install a compatible player app directly. For TVs without app support, a Fire Stick, Android TV box, or similar streaming device plugged into the TV works just as well.
