MAG & Formuler Boxes

MAG and Formuler boxes connect using a portal URL rather than an app login.

Step 1: Find your box’s MAC address

On your box, go to Settings → System Info (menu name varies by model) to find its MAC address, and send it to support if you haven’t already so we can link it to your account.

Step 2: Open Settings

From the home screen, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers.

Step 3: Enter the portal URL

In the Portal 1 URL field, enter the server URL from your My Account page, then select Save/Apply.

Step 4: Restart the box

Restart your box. It will connect to the portal and load your channel list automatically.
