1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IPTV USA website (iptv-0.com) and IPTV subscription services (the “Service”), operated by IPTV USA (“IPTV USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, requesting a free trial, or purchasing a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a plan. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Description of Service
IPTV USA provides IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription access, including live channels and video-on-demand content, delivered via Xtream Codes API and/or M3U playlist for use with third-party player applications on compatible devices. IPTV USA does not manufacture, sell, or provide the devices or player applications used to access the Service.
4. Free Trials
Free trial requests are reviewed manually and are not instant or automatic. IPTV USA may approve, deny, or limit trial requests at its discretion, including limiting the number of trials per person or household.
5. Orders, Payment & Renewal
- Each plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed billing period (e.g. one month). There is no automatic recurring billing.
- Orders are reviewed and fulfilled manually by a human team member; credentials are typically delivered within minutes of payment but are not instantaneous or guaranteed within a specific timeframe.
- To continue service after a plan period ends, you must manually purchase a renewal. IPTV USA is not responsible for service interruption if you do not renew before expiration.
- Pricing is subject to change; the price in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account credentials, Xtream Codes login, or M3U link to any third party;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to circumvent connection limits, IP restrictions, or other technical controls on your plan;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s servers or networks.
IPTV USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund, at its discretion.
7. Content Disclaimer
IPTV USA does not host, own, produce, or store any media content, channels, or video-on-demand titles made available through the Service. All content is sourced from third-party providers. IPTV USA acts solely as a technology and access provider. See our DMCA Policy for how we handle copyright claims.
8. Service Availability
While IPTV USA targets high server uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. Streams may be affected by factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, or third-party source availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV USA and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity, without refund of any unused portion of a plan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
